While it might not be as glamorous as the Oscars, the cybersecurity industry has its own awards season, culminating in the red-carpet SC Awards during the RSA conference in April. So far in 2018, D3 Security has had a remarkable awards season, with our Incident Response Automation Platform earning the Gold Medal win for Security Automation at the ISPG Awards, an accolade we’re quite proud of given the number of automation and orchestration providers in our industry.
But the accolades didn’t stop there. At ISPG, our platform earned six total wins, including the Gold Medal for Best Security Solution for Large Enterprises, while also being recognized as one of the winners in both the Security Investigation and Security Solution for Banking & Finance categories. Earlier in the year, at the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards, D3 was also recognized as a winner in the Incident Response category. Of course, we’re eagerly awaiting RSA and the SC Awards which take place during the same week, where again our incident response and case management solution is nominated.
While each awards program is uniquely arranged, they are all judged by panels of cybersecurity professionals and thought leaders, including Fortune 500 CISOs and CTOs. The expertise of the judges gives these awards real meaning within our industry, and we are honored to have been recognized in such a competitive landscape.
To what do we attribute these (multiple) wins? Over the past two years, we’ve worked closely with clients and our internal cyber security team to create a truly comprehensive, enterprise-grade incident response automation and case management platform. Our security automation capabilities are industry-leading, and give analysts unmatched control and flexibility over automations, while our orchestration workflow provides a dynamic nerve center within the SOC, and deep into departments like forensics, compliance, privacy, HR and PR. In case management, we released our Guided Investigations module, which provides built-in mentorship for junior team members by guiding their workflows along the lines of internal and industry-standard best practices. You can read about all of these features in our new product guide.
Better yet, if you’re attending RSA Conference 2018, you can check us (and our platform) out in person at booth #4241 in the North Hall. If you aren’t going to RSA, you can still schedule a one-on-one demo with one of our product experts to see what makes D3 the most-awarded incident response and security automation platform.
